Reservation Policy

We are currently taking bookings for lunch and dinner dine-in service, from Monday June 1.

Our bookings policy is subject to change upon short notice and we will be closely following government advice to ensure the safety of all customers and staff.
Make a booking online or give us a call on 03 9888 9899. All bookings will be confirmed either online or by phone.

Reservations:
All reservations have an allocated dining timeframe of 2 hours. We kindly ask that you arrive on time and vacate the table prior to the next sitting. We will always do our best to accommodate changes to your reservation but can only guarantee a booking with no changes to date, time and number of guests. We reserve the right to cancel an unconfirmed reservation after we have made reasonable attempts to contact you.

Late Arrivals:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes in advance of the reserved mealtime. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel your booking and allocate your table to other guests if you have not arrived within 10 minutes of the reserved session.

Contact Tracing:
In line with government advice and regulations, we will be collecting and recording contact information from all diners from June 1 onwards.

Seating Arrangements:
Special requests are noted, and we do our best to cater for all requests, however, no particular table or view can be guaranteed.

Dietary Restrictions:
It is essential that you advise us at the time of booking if you or your guests have any special dietary restrictions.

Children:
Due to the unique interior design of Panda Hot Pot, it can be challenging to accommodate prams in the Main Dining Room. We kindly ask you to contact us if you wish to dine with infants and children.

If you would like to bring your children, please note that in order to ensure all guests have a pleasant and memorable experience, we ask that all diners be respectful towards other guests dining around them. For the safety of all staff and dining guests, we ask that your child remain seated at all times. We thank you for your consideration on this matter.

Card Payments:
Credit card payments (Mastercard and Visa) attract a 1.5% surcharge. Prices and menus are seasonal and subject to change at any time without notice.
